Real resistance — progressive and finger-friendly
Spring resistance increases as you compress, so you can load the fingers isotonically up to your target force, then hold isometrically at the point you choose (or make it fully isometric by bracing with your second hand / an obstruction). It’s a simple way to mimic the “load → hold” feel of hangboarding without needing a wall setup.
Adjustable spring resistance (light → heavy)
At the core is a modular spring system with interchangeable, stackable springs for precise progression — from very light loads for warm-ups and low-intensity work to serious high-resistance strength training.

FingerFlex isn’t “one edge fits all.” Rotate and flip the board to access four base edge depths:

Then fine-tune with MegaGrip spacers in 1 mm increments to match your preferred crimp depth, training phase, and comfort.

FingerFlex allows height adjustment to suit small or large hands so you can sit into a natural crimp position with better comfort and control — helping you train hard while staying mindful of finger stress.
