Any customs, duties or local taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise. Some items are shipped from our warehouse in the USA, so North American customers will have all taxes included.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions and destination.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £100 / USD $100 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

For orders under the free-shipping threshold, standard shipping fees will apply as calculated at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (UK): Typically 2–5 business days once dispatched.

International: Typically 5–15 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance and carrier.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking link (if applicable).

6. Change of Delivery Address

If you notice you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will attempt to change the address. Unfortunately if the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes and additional fees may apply.
7. Items Out of Stock / Backordered

If any item in your order is out of stock, we will either ship the available items immediately and let you know when the remaining items ship, or offer to cancel the out-of-stock items and issue a refund.

8. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International Orders)
