Description

Our Triple Edge Hangboard Pull Up Bar is ultra light & portable.

Each hangboard pull up bar is 50mm thick and comes in two lengths allowing for ultimate portability so you can easily slide into a bag.

Short version is 15cm/6in (one handed) weighs 250g/0.55lbs
Long version is 40cm/16in (two handed) weighs 500g/1.1lbs

 
The more convenient the hangboard is to travel with, the more often they will be used!  This not only increases the value of the product as well as the effectiveness of it, but tremendously helps with improving finger strength as you will find you will use it more often, especially when you travel.

Versatile & Multi-Functional

Utilise it with resistance bands, door frame bars, pulleys & suspension systems, trees, cable machines, barbells.  Do lat pull downs, t-bar rows, pull-ups or anything you can think of with it. 

Birch Hardwood allows for great finger grip without the finger wear.

Not only does this allow for maximum strength and rigidity, it does not wear away the tips of skin like some of the plastic moulded finger hangboards can.  Typically the grained texture on the plastic hangboards provides greater friction than the wood, but they can be uncomfortable on the skin and wear away the tips of the fingers quicker.  The cross grain allows for great grip that is soft on the fingers.

The extra large radius minimises pain while hanging.  The pressure is spread throughout the whole grip instead of at the end of the edge.

The rope set-up can be on our hangboard pull up bar can be adjusted within seconds.  Just loosen, turn to a different edge before pulling down to tighten.  This increases the utility value as it minimises the time switching between holds.
