Our Push Up Bars are made from Cross Grain Birch Plywood for Superior Strength & Rigidity. The 15cm handle is ergonomically curved for comfort, and the 40mm thick cross grain plywood allows for a superior and comfortable solid grip (even when hands are sweaty) that feels warm to the touch and not slippy or cold like metal.  The base is a solid steel with a matte black finish for exceptional structural strength even under heavy loads of 200kg.

Wall Mounting the Push Up Bars

4 x m6 wall screws/bolts (not supplied) are needed, 2 per handle, to turn them into Pull Up Bars.  The bolt head needs to be less than 14mm but more than 10mm which works for most m6 wall screws/bolts.  The handles slide in and out over the centre hole in the stands base.  This can be done quickly and  easily so you can conveniently switch from pull up to push up in seconds.

Dimensions

Each stand is 13cm high and 15cm long.  The handle is curved usable handle that is 4cm thick, 5cm high for maximum comfort.
